scared stomach

hi ive lost alot of wieght thro my anxiety but for the las few days the top of mt stomachbetween my ribs and belly button i keep feeling as if there is a lump there and i can feel it moving around and i can feel a pulse there or something and it feels tight and i keep thinking that it is swollen and im relly panicking now as any one else sufferd this or do they might know what it is thks

I can't help you from personal experience but I think the best is to visit a doctor and see what's that thing that you are feeling, I know it's scary and you are thinking the worst coz of your anxiety but It's better to visit a doctor, you will calm yourself very much. What do you think on this idea?

Hi There.
This sounds like a hiatus hernia.
I get the same symptoms and the depression and anxiety tends to produce more stomach reflux ( acid ) up into the gullet. I got mine lifting heavy stuff in my work. Symptoms are worse when lying down as gravity no longer keeps contents in stomach. Hope this may help. Iv'e also lost weight too.
