panic again?

Today i was walking about and rememberd i had a whole in the bottom of my shoe and no socks on (how clever of me) anyway i felt something sting when i was outside and now i have a little red dot there BUT it stings to walk around the house. very scared.

You might have stood on a nettle or something. Run it under cold water and put some cream on it, maybe Savlon or Sudacrem? It'll be better in no time.
