Which Claire Weekes??

It seems that the Claire Weekes books are well recommended and I am interested in reading one. Just wondering which of her books or CDs is more relevant to Health Anxiety? Any suggestions?

I'm just starting to read 'Self-help for your nerves'. I'm finding it quite odd and old-fashioned/condescending :unsure: Hopefully it will improve! x
