Good morning to day I have light headiness, nausea,ringing in my ears,and a general fuzziness,which I get every day,I have had now since April,I do get through every day some how,but its very difficult,but all I can do is persevere and try the distraction method(doing things) even when I though I don,t feel like it,have a good day my friends and if anyone wants to PM me ,it would be most welcome:)

Hi there

Distraction can work well, then the next step you have to try is not caring about the anxiety. When you get to the stage of not caring about it, it ceases to rent a room in your head and you'll get some peace from it.
