Hello,
For months now I have been improving more or less and doing a lot of CBT. I had my upper wisdom teeth removed about a week and a half a go and couldnt eat properly for about 3 - 4 days, think I maybe got around 1000cals a day. Anyway I felt ok at hte time but have started getting more anxious - sweats, dizzyness, bloating etc. I have been eating normally for a few days now but it really is quite annoying.
I have also given up smoking but am using hte patches so I though that would take away the withdrawl (physical stuff at aleast).
Any ideas/words or comments?
