Newbie with phobic anxiety

Well hi everyone.
New here, and new to online forums really. Was actually given the name of this site by my GP.
Seems I've developed some sort of bizarre double phobic anxiety that is both natural environment and situational. Leads to interesting times (or something).
I'm on propranolol now and waiting for my referral for CBT to come through, and now telling myself that I will win the fight with this. It's all arrived in a bit of a rush so everything is a bit new and scary at the moment. :wacko:

How are you getting on with your Propranolol?
