So glad I found this!
A little about me...I am 26. Suffering from anxiety for 10+ years. I have the fortune of them manifesting in palpitating, elevated blood pressure, stinging burning and pain near my heart. Chest, neck and shoulder tightness and tingling in my left arm. As you can imagine, that has had me in the emergency room more times than I can count or am proud to admit. Always the same result. After extensive testing and monitoring they return with various medications to relax me. Hours later I am having an anxiety "hang over" where I am relieved by sore and exhausted.
I ended up here tonight after trying to close my eyes and feeling a 2 second vibration near my heart. Bam. Rush of adrenaline and panic. Google is my enemy until now. Just reading the posts has brought me to the panic...but not hysterical mode.
I'm always up for discussion and sharing stories. Thanks for calming me some tonight.
