Hi there - I used to visit this site for reassurance that I am not the only one feeling this way and have only recently become a member but I feel so much better now I can interact more on this site. It was almost as if I had a mental block about acknowledging how bad I feel with my anxiety.

If you are on this site you are here for a reason. I just had a look and there are currently over 800 guests viewing at the moment. You are so not alone!! I suppose I am just saying "don't be shy and come and join us". You won't regret it and think of all the help and advice you can give and receive on here.

Me too, I think I just read everyone elses posts at first, thinking hey, they're just like me! Maybe I'm not such a weirdo or freak after all! :D This illness is universal! Then I got better and started posting more :).
