appeal to fellow gastric guys

Do any of you guys out there who are bothered with acid reflux/heartburn sometimes get the feeling that you are constantly having tiny burps, it feels like i am so full of little gas bubbles, not sure if its the anxiety about my gastric state or my gastric state thats causing it,lol anyone care to share with me on this one as its my one and only residual worry left from my recent relapse, you know the usual, convinced its something more sinister etc, doc says its just acid reflux and anxiety but will know for def after my endoscopy, so could do with some replies here guys

yeah tiny ones and big ones unfortunately
which seems constant
think anxiety makes it worse though
my gp gave me Zoton tablets but ive to get an endoscopy if it doesnt clear up
it can be so annoying

I only get small burps occasionally and burp up acid - lovely!!

Tonic water may help relieve it.
