I got a few hours sleep last night then had a busy day and also took a large amount of Lactulose and some multi-fibre fortisip. I feel bloated and cramps but I am getting intermitent sharp cramp like pains in, what I think is, the hepatic area of the colon on my right side just under the ribs.
The panic set in because I heard about gallbladder problems, but I looked up symtoms and it doesnt seem to match exactly - stool earlier was normal colour, able to push my hands behind ribcage without pain (think thats called Murphy's Sign) etc.
Could it be just IBS?
