Hello,I used to holiday in Paignton Devon in a place called Torbay holiday motel,what changed to Tobay berkley holiday motel,on the totnes rd.

The place closed down which was really sad,and then I found out it had been sold.Does anyone know what is happening to the place if its still going to be a motel.
