anyone with really bad hayfever

The past 2 days with this lovely weaather i can't go outside with out sneezing or being able to breath properly, so been stuck in doors. I have had hayfever this year for ages but getting worse now.

Also i got some hayfever med, usually have nose spray but i got some liquid,
I seem to be scared of trying new meds, i'm taking a Care one called cetirizine, never heard of it before but seem to be getting all side affects, but i'm not sure if anxiety is causing them as did worry bout taking it,

I used to be good at taking any meds,

It's quite appealing as it has no side effects and seems to get good reviews. Although when it comes to how it works, it's a bit vague. I can't say it's made a huge difference to me, although it's hard to tell when hayfever comes and goes.
