hi , can any one advise me is there any thing to do to ease the jaw clenching side effects of cit! :ohmy:
im taking cit 2yrs now and ready to come of it, and have reduced from 40mgs gradually by 5mgs over months and now aiming for 15mgs daily.
currently i am taking 20mg one day and 15mg the next then aim to increase the days so eventually il be 15mg everyday ,
(and then aim for ten mgs, once side effects settle and im ready to reduce again,)
i am doing this gradually as doc said not2 rush ,so ive gradually worked my way down 5mgs at a time over last 7mnths as i found reducing by 10mgs to hard. i feel ready to come of cit , and doc has agreed.
