What do blood tests and swabs tell us?

I am having a blood test and a swab done sometime this week, and im just wondering what it will tell me. I went to the doctor complaining about dizzyness and headaches, but i want a blood test that will tell me everything. Is that possible? Also what do the swabs tell me? Thanks

Well swabs are usually taken to rule out bacterial or fungal infections but you do not say where the swab is being taken from????

There is no blood test on earth that can tell us we are perfectly healthy it just doesn't exist - a full blood count together with liver and kidneys and esr are good bloods to do as a general mot but there are literally hundreds of blood tests available.

Okay, well ive spoken to the doctor about my headaches and dizzyness, but i forgot to mention about my stomach pains which get really bad sometimes, i forget alot of things, especially when im really stressed and anxious. So do you think they will do the blood test which will test for that aswell? Thankyou
