Chest/stomach feels full/heavy, back pain, sweating..

I've been feeling like this with breathlessness, the back pain is the latest thing.. it's like I can't sit up straight, I also get really sweaty when sitting up for a while.. I am mostly in bed right now -and my chest feels heavy when I lay on my back.:weep:
I've seen 3 doctors over the last two weeks and everything reported fine.
Any advice??
