another bad day...

Well I'm moaning again :( all day today I've been feeling dizzy I woke up up and I new straight away it was a bad day :( and I've just felt genrally dizzy all I keep thinkin is I'm going to die sick of it all now dno how much ill be able to take... Ikno I'm ok deep down bout is dizzyness normal in axity ? Doctor said it is and nothings wrong :(

I feel like you most days.
Had the dizzy thing for 24 years now never a day without it just some days worse then others.
Worrying about it will make it worse. I know its a horrible thing but I can promise you it will not hurt you

Thanks it means a lot, does ur head feel like heave and like a tight feeling, I've been worried all day jus hope I don't feel the same tomorrow :( things don't ever seem to be getting better with me, hope ur ok btw x

Yes have had heavy head and tight feelings with it off balance as well have you got that.
