Skin feels stretched in neck??

Besides the other symptoms I've had lately, I was wondering about this one -is it an anxiety symptom?

i dont get the stretched skin in my neck, but somtimes my head feels tight at the top, but its just another lovely symptom of anxiety :)

I have stretched skin feeling in my neck, I get it on my belly too and chest, it feels like my skin isn't big enough, like it's tight and uncomfortable.
