Left shoulder discomfort sensation when I get up/walk about..

So as well as breathlessness in recent times and chest pressure plus fast heartbeat this symptom has appeared -does this sound like anxiety? (I've had 3 doctors appointments over last and this week and they keep saying I'm fine) -though I didn't have the arm pain then -though I know my anxiety did skyrocket (due to symptoms!)

it is anxiety and stress .......you are holding all your muscles tense and get funny symptoms .........nothing to fret about honestly :hugs:

know how bad it can make you feel but please do not fret ....tense muscles send signals to the nerves and you get symptoms like you described .

take care... my heart rate is really scary but normal for me .......and get breathless as well . really try to do the breathing exercises advised on here .
