sinus issues

Hi i get bad sinus pain and at the moment my eyes feel funny to. it hurts to press around nose area and above eyebrows and i have one sore spot above one eyebrow. sometimes its so painful- no discharge though. is this going to affect my brain. ? :ohmy:
two weeks ago at the weekend i was sneezing a lot to. i get mild headaches to. its not there all the time though.

also earlier on i had throst spasms and it was closing up :(

also in upper chest to. could it be allergic reactions.

There is nothing wrong with you Emma, i have got all the same things as you, pain to touch my nose, spot on head, everything. Just try to relax, if what are you worried about happening? x

oh last thing is ive also got gum ache on top teeth to the back and bottom to. this can be due to sinuses? im so worried:(

also sometimes i get moments when everything goes silent like my hearing goes down

Emma.. right.. listen to me.. stop! and take a moment to just calm down, there is nothing wrong with you, everything you are saying i have had at some point in my life. You really do not need to worry, have you ever tried any relaxation techniques or anything? x

I had a nurse get so upset with me asking about the way I was feeling,questions,ouestions freaking out. She said Hey smoke a joint, that will calm you down....the woman was a 30 year veteran nursing and told me that lol
