Hey Paul

it kicked of at the time of my post around about lunch time here in Sydney
lasted for a good hour.
However i have had them go for a few hours after that i feel like i went to a 50 km run so tired and drained

so i went to the gym after work and worked my bum off
it helped ...........

At times i feel i can cope other times i feel like it's just too much
There is only so much i can take
