I find that the afternoon is my worse time for anxiety and depression symptoms, become really tired and fatigued, feel low, no energy, unmotivated, sometimes headachy, does anyone else find this?

I did find daytime generally quite bad, but felt a little better at night as nothing more was expected of me. I was quite bad first thing, waking up early and feeling depressed. Once I got over this and got started I could sometimes feel a little bit of energy, then after lunch I would start to feel down again, only picking up slightly when the evening returned. I am now much better after my anti-depressants started to work and am pleased to say I feel okay the whole day through now. Do you take any meds butterfly?
