Ok I swear ny breathing stops and starts is this even possible?

I used to get this loads. It's like you ok one minute then suddenly gasp as if you think you stopped breathing? x

Yeah but it's not a huge gasp it's just little lol like I font yhink people notice more me if u no what I mean? What was it?

It's when your body is beginning to relax and the anx shouts "oi remember i'm here"!.. It's nothing more than that hun. Kinda like your body and anxiety are trying to fight for attention. Ignore it because it's nothing serious and the more you ignore it, the more it will stop happening.

I get this when I'm tired, or while falling asleep.
It freaks me out but not too much as I be sleepy.
Take it as a good sign, that you body knows when to breath :)
