I just did a test to measure heart rate and it says my resting heart rate is low? 54 beats per minute. Should I be worried? I googled to see and it says that usually it only matters if it is associated with other symptoms like extreme tiredness and faintness....both of which I have? On top of this I'm at home from uni so my doctor is all the way up in Scotland and I don't know what to do :(
