Foggy feeling?

Nearly everday its as though my head feels foggy, and I find it difficult to focus or concentrate some days. Often its like living through a fog.... anyone else know this symptom?

Im surprised no one has answered this. I see a. post about this at least once a week. Irs classic anxiety and I get it too and would be willing to bet that over half the people on here gets it most of the time. Just try to relax and focus your thoughts on something else,you will be fine. Take care
