Tiredness update

Hey everyone, in another post i said symptoms i had been experiencing over the last week was, tiredness, nausea, no energy, going toilet more and just geerally feeling unwell.

Went back to see my doctor yesterday who checked me over examined my stomach checked my temerature which all seemed fine.

She has diagnosed me with IBS, the only thing that has concerned me since is that the bottom of my back is aching and causing me pain, i did ask her and she said IBS can cause this too, but i keep wondering what if it is my Kidneys causing this pain.

Nope...anxiety, woory,stress and its pretty normal. Our bodies get stressed eveyday and most of experience the pains you desribed , some are just everyday pains and others we cause. Anxiety takes a lot of strenghth from us and tension causes alot of the pains we get. hope you feel better soon. take care
