Multitude of worries. Can anyone help please?

Hi. Since I got up this morning, I have had a pulsing pain in the right hand side of my head. I havr been quite busy today and have only had the chance to take a paracetamol in the hope that'll help. The obvious what-if's have been running through my head all day. I was eating dinner a few minutes ago and my heart beat was really fast which again sent me into a panic. It is my boyfriends 21st tonight and desperatley want to enjoy myself without seeking reassurance from him but I just keep on panicking about the head paun. Can anyone relate to this? Thanks x

i get this alot out of blue , stabbing pains to and a ticking pain that sends me mad x have you found when you dont think about it it can go away x
