Hi,
Don't know where to start. I'm a nurse and have 3 children the oldest is 13 and the youngest is 3. I have been suffering with SAD and been trying to cope then this year it just didnt go away. All my normal coping strategies havent worked and I was just getting worse so I have actually asked for help and been put on medication and have been signed off work for a while. Fiding it difficult to go out the house as panic just starts to make me shake. My husband is trying his best to be supportive. There just doesnt seem to be much help out there and then I stumbled upon this website.
