Hi i do sometimes,but it goes away after a few moments.I asked my doc what it was and she said it was just the nerves and muscles in ur body contracting.:D

YES!!! I never knew that anyone else had this. Everytime it happens I run to the bathroom to check in my lips are blue. :( Of course, they never are. But it is a scary feeling.

really common in anxiety,can be caused by either overbreathing or tension in the muscles,i know when im bad i get it all up one side of my face,first time it happened i thought i was taking a stroke but now when i get it i know its time to chill a bit and it usually goes away fairly quickly

Hi

I get tingling too it seems to be part of anxiety, i sent a post in as i had tingling on the left side of my face and i wanted to know if anyone had the same.

I get tingling but in my finger tips its mainly in my left hand but thats because ive got a nerve problem in my right. Its really scary but i too have been told its cus of over breathing

I too am desperate to get my life back
