Feel lousy today

Physically that is.

Yesterday evening my legs, back and arms started acheing and I had terrible indigestion.

Last night was terrible, I had virtually no sleep and woke up feeling sick with a bad headache and still acheing in my back and legs.

Of course when I have a virus or a cold my anxiety goes through the roof and my depersonalization seems worse today than it is normally. :(

Hang in there. I am having a bad day as well. I woke up feeling fine, went to work. Then headed out to the bank to do a deposit and had a full blow panic attack. This illness sucks, but we can make it one day at a time. Funny how as soon as you start to think about it, it starts coming on hard. I am learning to just deal with it. Seems to help a bit for now.

I wish you all the luck, and remember, it will go away.
