is this health anxiety?

Hi, I been suffering with bad anxiety for weeks now after a 2 1/2 year spell of wellness. all my symptoms seem to be physical.....my chest and stomach go tight and its really painful, I've been to docs and even hospital and told its muscular :( hard to believe such severe pain is in my mind, finding it hard to cope tbh, anyone else have this?

The anxiety and other related mental discomforts can cause an enormous list of physical symptoms. As long as you have been checked by the Dr. and there's no physical disease, you can be calm about your health.

yeah well i haven#t really, ive had an ecg and chest x ray and bloods, thats not really a thorough check up is it. that said i do have times when i dont get it :( i just dont want to live like this anymore
