2012, comets, nibiru, new world order anxieties

Hi, I recently started reading about the above, and I got to say its got me in its grip and and now i cant seem to stop reading stuff about it. Logic says that these things are created to pull in people that are susceptible to these things. Its now feeding my anxiety, wondering whether to go to the dox and get something for it.

Cant stop thinking we/i am heading for doom etc :(

I don't think you can take something for it so to speak.

You just need to stop reading these things as they never ever come true.

Remember how many times the world was going to end in the past?

Forget about it, stop reading it and live life I say!

Hi Dr Troy, I used to worry about things like that all the time... but the reality is even if something is gonna happen, there's absolutely nothing we can do about it. I reckon we owe it to ourselves to just try and live our lives, and not focus on the negatives x
