anxiety getting the better of me today

hi i have been suffering with anxiety since i can't remember but its got worse over the last few months and its interfering with my life and i am fed up to be honest. i am a single mummy to two lovely girls and i feel like a freak at the moment.

i can't stop thinking about being ill and dying i hate myself for it i feel really dizzy light headed all the time managed to over come it when the symtoms have been anywhere else.

how do i get help please can't cope much longer:weep:

Hi Debbi I have felt the same as you ,light headed,nauseas ,ringing in my ears ,feeling very weak today,take care,I think I will change my user name.
