tight / sickly feeling just below ribs in center :(

Am in spain benidorm airport waiting to go home & am getting really anxious / panicky sickly feeling and this tight horrible ball just below ribs in the center is this a normal anxiety panicky symptom?? Was fine this morning then on coach on way here my mind was all the chatter what if this what if that I wouldn't mind but am not scared of flying its just the point of not bein in control

Im pretty sure its a symptom. I get strong pulses, cramps , aches and pains all over - most common one just below ribs left side. Today its my legs tingling.

Just keep telling yourself its nothing and tell it to go away and leave you alone. Challenge it and relax with a few breathing excercises - ask it to do its worst - your not afraid - it will soon fade.
