worries when will they end

i have been worried for a while over silly things like my bones in my face feeling smaller because my teeth are not so good but cometo realise until my anxiety started up again i didn;t study my bones and face so much so how do i know what it felt like in the first place and if its normal.

i know it anxiety playing tricks because the symtoms go when i don't think about it and stay calm
