Pain going to the toilet

Hi, when i go to the toilet i get a alot of pain in my upper stomach and abdomen, i recently had a blood test so hoping that would have picked up whether something was wrong, and that came clear.. what could this be? Also when i push my stomach slightly i get pain in my heart is that normal?

Gas can cause a lot of pain when going to the bathroom.

gas can cause an incredible amount of pain. i know when i get trapped wind im crying in agony for hours and arnt able to walk. :) you'll be ok.
