Hypnotherapy help plz????

Well had my first session t talk bout my probs etc, my nxt appoint is in the mrnin t get hypnotised!!! Am really thinkin twice bout this prob due t if I cum out of it worse as it can happen at first!!! I just couldn't handle it, I guess it's the unknown!! I dnt no wha t do but I cnt go on like this any mre at all

If you are having hypnotherapy then you do NOT get hypnotised.

Is that what you are having?

Yes I ad my first session last week an then I go bk tmoz 4 hypnosis, she is a hypnotherapy x

OK you won't get hypnotised as such then.
