So I haven't been here for awhile everything has been fine and been coping well .... But I am having a problem and it is driving me crazy and I'm getting really anxious!

My symptoms are just so odd and it's hard to explain but half of my face feels heavy or droopy but visually everything is perfectly normal :/ it really really like Ivr had a stroke but I know I haven't ....

Also when I cross my legs they go numb and I get pins and needles


Smeone help I really need some light on to what this could be I am thinking sinuses.... Anyway I would be interested to hear what people think:)

does you face feel numb?
or does it look a nit frozen on one side? or feel weaker?
It could be muscle tension, TMJ or if you clench your jaw at all.

with sinus i tend to get the heavy feeling along my cheek bone and nose,
with the tmj my muscles get tight along my jaw and half my face can feel numb or weak or get twitchy.

my legs fall asleep all the time, even more so if i cross them.

I am getting the same sypmtoms at the moment - feels like half my face has "slipped" down or something - feels very weird. So I wholly sympathise with you!! Mine seems to be tied up with an ongoing stiff neck and is worse when I'm tired or have over-done it. Still scary though...

It is scary! and there is just no knowing what it is... which is the horrible thing
