omg severe nausea again, this is all getting worse everyday, i cant cope anymore!

Please help I have had really bad nausea again for the last hour, so now with my other symptoms (bladder etc) I am now convinced I have cancer, I can't calm down and I just don't know what to do anymore :-(

There is a bug going round at the moment could be that. I think I had it last week and still recovering.

I doubt it is cancer just because you feel sick
