Ribs Feel Sore to Touch Like Sunburn

Hello everyone,

Going through a bad patch with my HA at the moment, everything is freaking me out :weep:

Last night I noticed a really sore feeling around my ribs in my upper back on the top left hand side. It is still really sore this morning too. It feels almost like I have sunburn there, which I haven't. It doesn't feel muscular or that I have pulled anything.

Has anyone experienced this?

I do get rib pain (as we speak I have it), and pain under my right ribs. My pain is mostly felt by the lower ribs, and I have to points in the middle (at the height of the lowest ribs) that hurt when I press them. It feels like my ribs are bruised. The pain is always there, sometimes almost unnoticeable, other times more present.
Do you have a cold? If so, it could be related to that.
