Last Wed went to see doc re frequent visual migraines, as the frequency of them was making me panic, she upped my dose of propranolol to 20mg twice a day from 10mg twice a day, and put me on Amitrtptaline 10mg at night. Well have ceratinly not had any migraines since been on this regimen, and cerainly do not feel as anxious, but feel slightly disconnected as though someone else is experiencing the feelings, this is believe it or not preferable to a constant state of anxiety, also my IBs has flared, and is acually rather painful, maybe as I am no longer so tense, and fuelling myself with adrenaline, it is my body entering a more stable phase.Did anyone else get this on these tablets
