so here i was, just mindin gmy own business at work and then all of a sudden out of no where i go all dizzy for a second!! it was like my head just went really dizzy and the top of my head went really tingly!!
I have had a head ache, it was awful yesterday and a lot better today but still there, can anyone give me any advice?? is this my anxiety?
