Hi, all day ive had a horrific pain in my left arm, and its got so much worse. I can hardly move my arm and i cry in pain, ive also got the same pain in my left leg.. i am so scared as to what this could be? Please help! :'(

HI, I get awful pain in my chest and abdomen through muscle tension and been told anxiety makes you feel pain 10 x worse :( so if your anxious thats probably it.

it will be anixety i really siffered but i went to the doctors and he gave me sometablets that relax you a little its lots better

do you have someone who could massarge it i always feel better after a massarge x

Its not in your veins. Its purely muslce tension caused by anxiety. I know it can get so painful. The more you worry about it the worse its going to get. Try not to let it bother you- maybe take a painkiller and watch it ease on its own. at the moment my chest is hurting when i breathe in because ive been worrying all day long- we dont even notice when we tense up we just do. try to calm down.
