Nervous newbie!

Hey I found this sight just now and wanted to join people who can understand how I feel!I'm 25 and until the age of 17 was 'normal' then out of no where I have developed panic attacks and anxiety. I'm so glad there are other people out there like me! So hello everyone it's great to meet you!:D

hey, i'm new from today too. My panic started around 19 and i'm now 26 so similar to yourself! it's great to be able to talk about it with people of a similar situation! good luck :)
