Have just seen this quote on another forum I go on, its very relevant to me at the moment so though Id share it in case it helps anyone else;

You may not realize it but if you really listen to the things you say to yourself a lot of them are negative, positive thinking has really helped me lot.
Practice , you'll eventually get into the habit of mentally being really nice to yourself :)
