going back to my old job! petrified :(

Iv started a new job a few months ago, but its not working out for me and i have been offered my old job back, so im going to go back as i enjoyed it there, but my only worry is my anxiety.

My anxiety has been sooo much better lately, all because of the help of people on this website, but at the job im moving to i cant get on the internet, so if im panicking, there wont be any support or reassurance for me :(

what if it all comes tumbling down again :( xx

If you can afford it why don't you get a smart phone and then u can access nmp anytime?

i have an Iphone, so hopefully if anything happens i can just go on my phone :) xx
