can anxiety cause back pain and u to feel sick

hi i have had terriable back pain today and feel sick paromcetmal and cream have not helped

I have been getting terrible nausea and also pelvic pressure and frequent urination, which I have been told is all down to my anxiety. You are not alone, hugz xxx

Yes, because you are probably tensing your muscles it can cause back pain. I have this quite often. Also, I need to wee loads if I feel stressed. Its a pain but at leats I know whats causing it. :)

im getting back pain that's going through to my chest and i get a pain when im breathing i get it more when iv been lying on my back or put pressure on my back has any one else had this .
