I was just sat here and then it was like someone punched me in the side of the head and i went straight sideways! comepletely dizzy, it made me jump out of my skin!

please someone tell me they have experienced this??

i have had a few experiences like this right in my temple and into my eye really freaked me out & was really light headed for a short while but it soon passed

yea, it was like at first this huge thing just came over me and it literally knocked me sideways, in my ears as well, then afterwards i was a bit light headed, do you get it so bad where it knocks you sideways?? x

I have had this. Takes me completely unawares and is horrible. Feels like you might fall over. You were able to reassure me earlier and I am glad I can do the same for you. Funny how some things don't bother us but other things really make us panic.
When I get it it always comes out of the blue.

I know, im always doing things and then thinking, erm how did i get here?? its cause i usually have a hundred and one things on my mind, or because i have nothing on my mind and im completely day dreaming! :) xx
