can we just die!!

ok, i have a fear that i will just die no warning no tnothing i will just close my eyes without realising and die, or i will be stoad there and whoosh im gone!

cna this happen i dont think i have a iollnessi just believe that im going to go at anymoment. doctor said im ok bretahing heart rate etc and last bloody test and blood pressure tests a few months ago were fine.

cna anyone offer any advice please xx

we're all gonna die. if you keep thinking it can happen at any moment, you will lose your precious time and waste your life...
