Hi, I've been meaning to post for a while but I've been too busy planning my trip. I have wanted to travel for ages but always discounted it as I knew it would make me really nervous. I finally decided to do it anyway, and I'm going to be travelling around Canada for 6 weeks. I arrived in Vancouver on Tuesday night after a 5,500 mile plane journey. I've been fairly up and down anxiety-wise, but nothing too bad, although I'm getting quite anxious now as people keep walking past as I'm trying to write this, and I'm worrying in case they see :doh:
I've got to go and do a yoga class I signed up for now, but I'll post again, I'm hoping it will help to motivate me.
