Hi Everyone
I am chrissie, who lives in North Lincolnshire with my hubby and son and I am a childminder, I currently am suffering from panic attacks, not wanting to really go out and worry, stress and anxiety with a little feeling down!, I am hoping this website will give me some valuable information and a little reassurance that i am not going crazy and there are other people out there that are suffering daily like i am.
